"What will you do with Jesus?" is life’s weightiest question because it impacts all areas of life, both now and forever. Your response is the single most important decision you’ll ever make. Making Jesus the Lord of your life and following His teachings provides courage, strength, and hope to face any situation you encounter because His presence (Holy Spirit) is always with you.

If it’s so great, why doesn’t everyone become a Christian?
The Christian Life involves choosing to change. A change from "being your own person" to yielding to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Human nature is bent toward self-gratification. This bent is called sin and it separates us from God. But it need not always be that way; "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. " (John 3:16)

The belief is a commitment of life through faith and involves acknowledging that…

…we are sinners, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

... we cannot save ourselves, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)

…our hope is in the resurrected Christ, "Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes unto the Father but by me." (John 14:6)

…if we turn from our sinful way (Repent) then God will forgive us! "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)

You can do that right now. "For every one who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13)

You may pray this prayer or use your own words:

"Dear God, I know that I have sinned. I now repent of my sins and ask you to forgive me of all my sins. I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that you raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Please save me and be Lord of my life. Take control of my life and help me to live for you. In Jesus' name, AMEN."

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God
and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you.
